  • Guest：第一次选住苏州东太湖皇冠假日酒店，大堂布置很人性化，等候区有饮料小食台，房间衞生有点差，纸团、食物残屑明晃晃在地毯上，微信上拍照给管家，一分钟就上来了，即刻帮我换了房间，纠错很快，赞一个！除此之外，其他服务都很好！每一个员工都会主动微笑问好，早餐非常丰盛，订这个酒店也是因为网上对早餐评价很好，的确没有失望[强]麪包区、中式点心、水果…品种多味道好，尤其是苏州麪，见我桌上没有饮料茶水，服务生主动问我需不需要咖啡或饮料茶水，太暖心了[玫瑰][抱拳]取餐时，无意间脏了手，问服务生索取纸巾，小男生跑着去取纸巾，细微之处体现酒店文化--客户至上??????
  • Guest：本次入住整体满意，尤其要夸夸酒店的贴心服务与餐饮品质。考虑到我们带了孩子，提前准备了小童蛋糕，还对房间进行了温馨布置，这个小细节真的很加分；自助餐厅的菜品品种丰富，选择多样，孩子和我们都吃得十分尽兴，值得推荐。 需要提出两点建议：其一，泳池水温偏低，不太适合小童长时间游玩，建议适当调高水温；其二，客房洗浴热水供应不稳定，水温波动较大，影响了沐浴体验。 期待酒店优化设施，下次还会考虑入住。
  • Guest：设施：五星水平了，房间很大，还有浴缸 衞生：感觉还是蛮乾净的。 环境：环境不错，一楼Lobby有免费果汁 服务：大家都蛮有礼貌的 两张苏州湾数字艺术馆门票 “灵境”馆（每周一闭馆）:这个还要谢谢工作人员主动去沟通，这个馆确实8月结束拆掉了，安排看了其他的馆。
  • Guest：酒店真心不错，地理好位置佳。房间也宽敞，乾湿分离，还有室内泳池。服务员都主动热情，耐心细致。餐饮是亮点，行政酒廊的下午茶和晚餐满足预期，早餐也丰富多样。唯一吐槽的泳池水温有点低，小孩多有点乱
